- No. You pay only when a new patient attends their appointment.
- Is there a setup fee or subscription?
- No. Listing your clinic, your doctors and the dashboard are free.
- How much is the fee?
- For dental clinics: a flat AED 600 per new patient who attends — nothing for no-shows, no setup fee, no subscription. Dentistry is the only specialty joining for now; other specialties will have their own fee when they join.
- Do patients pay DocRush?
- No. Booking is free for patients. They pay your clinic directly, as they do today.
- How do I manage my availability?
- From your clinic dashboard. You decide which slots are open.
- Do you store medical records?
- No. DocRush handles appointment bookings only — not medical records.
- What counts as a new patient?
- A patient who hasn't visited your clinic through DocRush before. You pay once, for their first visit booked through DocRush; when the same patient comes back through DocRush, it isn't billed again.
- Which specialties can join?
- Dental clinics first, with more specialties joining soon.
