- Why does my MetLife card show another company’s name?
- Some MetLife plans are run by a claims administrator — MedNet and FMC Network. The administrator processes the claim and owns the network, so a clinic that bills it may take your card even if it does not list MetLife.
- Do I pay anything at the clinic?
- With direct billing you show your card or Emirates ID and pay only your plan’s co-pay; the clinic claims the rest from MetLife. At a clinic that does not bill it, you may be able to pay and claim it back, if your plan allows it.
