NGI is an insurer the Dubai Health Authority permits to sell health insurance in Dubai. Some of its plans are run by NAS, Neuron and Nextcare, whose name is then on the card too.
Its own network is called HealthNet.
NGI cards name one of these networks: HN Exclusive, HN Premier, HN Advantage, HN Standard Plus, HN Standard, HN Basic Plus, HN Basic. A clinic may take some and not others.

- Some NGI plans are run by a claims administrator — NAS, Neuron and Nextcare. The administrator processes the claim and owns the network, so a clinic that bills it may take your card even if it does not list NGI.
- Do I pay anything at the clinic?
- With direct billing you show your card or Emirates ID and pay only your plan’s co-pay; the clinic claims the rest from NGI. At a clinic that does not bill it, you may be able to pay and claim it back, if your plan allows it.
